There is also a mention of a baby left on the door step, who they called PETRONELLA who my mum believes was much older then them and used to be an air hostess.

The twins went to school at St Josephs in Cuttact and boarded, they went home in the holidays by train which were full of girls and nuns, they enjoyed sleeping in the top bunks and stopping off at stations for tea, they were given their own tiffin boxes with food for the journey. They left India in 1962 and moved to Swindon to be nearer Denzil Peters family

My brother and i,Mark Franklin,are looking for any living relatives or descendants of our Grandparents,Henry Blessington Peters (born 9/9/1924) and Winifred Louise Peters nee Edwards (born 4/1/1925.We know our Gran was born in Bangalore but we don't know our Granfather's place of birth. He was a bandleader in a prominent Jazz/Swing band along with his Father,known as Ginger. Grandad emigrated to England in 1962 with our Stepgran,Ivy Alice, our Great Grandmother,Ivy Marie and our Mother Sylvia Mary Eva. Our Mother was born in Agra in 1945.
